Management Buy In - Buy Out

We are willing to talk to management teams about possible buyouts. We can help where there is a sound business plan and a good, balanced management team. We have the contacts, should there be a need, to compliment the management team.

Potential MBI managers and other executives
We are looking for quality people and, for those on our database, there are very good prospects of involvement in a deal. We are particularly interested in managers with a track record and the leadership qualities and energy to drive a business forward. Executives will ideally be prepared to participate in deals through equity holdings.

Non-executive and part-time executive directors
We are looking for non-executive and part-time executive directors to help the GIL Investments team to add value to our investments. You must have a successful track record in corporate deals like MBOs or at a senior level in business.
